With the help of our extremely generous friends at Epiphone, we are enjoying playing Santa to the attendees of the Downtown Live FREE music series!! For those of you that don't know, we will be giving away the baddest musical prezzies to the best Belmonty's around! However, a whisper in the ear will not do the trick to score your free Epiphone guitar. We have nine to give away, so pay attention as I lay out some of the ways to win..............
1. I will be Tweeting various messages on Monday and Tuesday throughout the day regarding specifics on the performer for the evening. If you retweet the info, you will be placed in a drawing to win.
2. If you haven't already, email michelle@thebelmontaustin.com - and put in the subject line "Guitar Giveaway"
3. You don't have to be Ansel Adams to give it your best shot in our Photography Contest. Submit your best photographs of The Belmont (michelle@thebelmontaustin.com). This can be during a musical performance or any other time. We are looking for you to capture an energy and life that represents our venue. Photos must be submitted by September 12th. Prize will be given away Sept. 14 at the BlueBonnets show.
4. Guitar + $500 will go to the person that conceptualizes and creates the best new Belmont website. BEWARE!! As the creator of our highly trafficed site, it will surely cause your coolness quotient to rise significantly amongst your friends, classmates,co-workers and basically everyone that know you.
5. As you're humming "Was I outta my head, was I outta my mind" in preparation for the September 21st Fastball show, keep on primping and morph yourself into your favorite rockstar of all time to win the "Dress Like A Rockstar" contest that night and walk home with your new strummer!
6. Even though Video killed the radio star.....it didn't kill your chances to WIN!! Send us your best video (as a youtube link) from an experience at The Belmont (preferrable during Downtown Live, preferrable during the Fastball show) to emerge victorious. Videos must be submitted by September 26th.
